An ezine is an Electronic Magazine which is delivered to people who ask for it (subscribers) via email. The word ezine (sometimes spelled e-zine) comes from combining the E in electronic and the zine in magazine.
Ezines are also called newsletters. There is no difference, they are the same.
Ezines are published on a variety of schedules, including daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and occasionally, or when the publisher feels like it and has something meaningful to say.
Ezines are generally delivered via email, but some are in the form of blogs, and some are on web pages. In almost all cases, the subscriber of the ezine receives an email either containing the ezine or a notice that the ezine has been posted.
HOT TIP: If you've ever heard anyone talking about how well email marketing works, they were probably referring to ezines! Ezines are sent only to subscribers who ask for the ezine, also called opt-in or verified opt-in. Ezines have nothing to do with spam or unsolicited email! Subscribers want to receive ezines and respond to the ads placed in the ezines they receive!
The reason that ezines work so well is that they are delivered to a very targeted group of readers. This is very good news for you.

Classified ad - Just like the ads in your
newspaper, a classified ad is usually three or five lines of text,
including a headline, the ad body and a link to click. These ads are very
cheap to buy, and work well but not as well as a solo ad. The key here is
to be consistent and run ads in more than one issue. After all, few of us
buy something the first time we see it.
When your ad is placed in an ezine that is read by people who are already interested in what you offer, you can expect to see results that leave every other form of advertising in the dust!

The second method of ezine marketing is writing OR distributing EZINE ARTICLES
This is a very powerful marketing technique.
This page is about you, not me, but I will tell you that I was just another member of the Directory of Ezines four years ago.
